Kelish

Pook, James, Ezzy and I went to get kelp this past July. We got loads of it! First we arrived at the cabbage patch, as Ezzy calls it. Then we started cutting them to foot long pieces. We got them home, peeled and soaked in fresh water for over night. The next day Pook and I grounded it then, this year, we decided to make sweet and hot kelp relish...aka...kelish. It is YU-MMY!!!!!
