On Sunday the sun was PERFECT! It dried up the weed and the batch got small enough that we placed them on 3 sheets. It took lots of crumbling and turning. MAN OH MAN IS DRYING WEED A LOT OF WORK!!!!! Then finally, day 5 we put the seaweed in ziploc bags. Look at our 2009 batch! More than last year. We were anticipating enough for us and family after last years scraping by with just enough.
