Seaweed Day 2

On Day two, Angie, Sam, Ezzy and I laid out the weed for them to dry enough to put them into the grinder. It took a lot of shaking and spreading. We also had to pick through the weed to take out the snails and sea lice. Otherwise while eating the weed, you would have a nice crunchy surprise!!!
