Fishing Derby

Sunday July 1st was kids fishing Derby held at North Cove Harbor in Craig. The kids look forward to fishing every year. Probably not more than dad is. He prepares a whole day ahead of time with bait, rods, hooks, etc.

Mitchell should have one for most fish caught. They didn't log all his catches. Someone that caught four won...he caught five. Danielle however won for most fish caught. She only won because her bullhead that she caught puked up 9 crab as we were bringing it to get measured.

Here she is claiming her prize...2-2 dollar bills and a fishing pole which she is giving to her cousin Micah since he LOVES fishing and she already has the same fishing pole. While swimming in the cove, she was interrupted to claim her prizes.
