Good ole Uncle E from church passed on some local knowledge this year to the Reeves family. Jeff and Cyndi had been desiring octopus for a long time, but neither of them knew exactly how to find them or catch them. So, Uncle E came to the rescue and showed us. First, find a crack with crab and clam shells around it. Second, pull out the octopus gun, blow down some bleach, and get ready. Finally, you need to grab it as it lets loose with its tentacle covered legs. After catching and cleaning them, you need to tenderize it. After a good tenderization, boil that baby up and it's all good eating from there. Thank you Uncle E for teaching us this new skill.
